A video update

So much Universe, so little time. I'm spinning a lot of plates at the moment and it's just so hard to make time or headspace to do a blog on progress, so I've done a video. Here it is:

The long and short of it, I'm training, it's a slog and requiring flexibility but I'm getting there. Like all parents of Toddlers, I'm tired and it's a lot of mental agility to keep going, but I'm not dead yet! I'm mainly worried about the sponsorship now, which is slow going.
